Determines appropriate products or services to define project scope in the civil engineering environment,
Develops, modifies, provide input, and manage development of project plans,
Coordinates, creates, and manages the project schedule,
Create and maintain project documents, quad charts, and responsible deliverables,
Coordinates and integrates project activities and work processes,
Manage project budgets and resources,
Manage and coordinate reviews of project submittals for adherence to requirements and accuracy of content,
Manages coordination and utilization of technical experts (internal and external),
Distributes project milestone reviews to project stakeholders and manages feedback,
Acts as the liaison between relevant stakeholders,
Leads and participates in meetings and project calls,
Manages the implementation and maintains quality assurance processes,
Performs quantity take off calculations to create independent government cost estimates,
Creates concept drawings or sketches, updates to existing electronic and hand drawings, performing basic quantity calculations, read and understand architectural and engineering drawings, and understand construction related technical terms and laymen jargon
